Beyond Oil® Filter Powder is a food-grade powder designed for commercial kitchens and commercial fryers. It is used in the manufacturer-recommended frying-oil management routine appropriate to the fryer and filtration setup. According to the manufacturer, it may help extend useful frying-oil life, reduce oil purchases and support more consistent fried-food results; actual performance and cost savings vary.
